Do you do office and shop strip-outs?
Yes. We strip commercial tenancies back to base build or shell, including ceilings, partitions, floor coverings and services, and remove the waste from site.
How long does a house demolition take?
Obtaining a demolition permit can take up to 4 weeks, or 6 weeks if protection works are required. If other council requirements are involved, such as laneway or footpath closures, this can take 8 to 10 weeks. The demolition itself usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the size of your project.
Do I need a permit to demolish my house?
In most cases, yes. We apply for the relevant permit for you.
What about asbestos?
Visual asbestos is identified during the quoting process. Before demolition works commence, the asbestos is safely removed.
Do you also supply skip bins?
